Haddenham Steam Rally is one of the premier two day events of its kind in East Anglia, attracting more than 8000 visitors each year to the small Cambridgeshire village just outside Ely.

This event is entirely run by volunteers and offers many opportunities for sponsorship. Without the support of our sponsors, organising an event of this size would be challenging. The rally has something for everyone, and we greatly appreciate the help of our valued sponsors. 

At our first event in 1971, our coal cost for each engine was approx. £1.50. This year we expect coal costs to come in at around £196 per engine, with around 50 engines attending from all over the country. This is one of the reasons why sponsorship and support is so important for us to be able to continue.

There are various ways you can show your support.

We have several packages that makes deciding how you would like to participate easy, you may choose one of our tailored packages, or alternatively, if you have other ideas about sponsoring the event.

Sponsor a bag of coal - £10 

This helps towards the costs of coal for each steam engine attending the show.

Tailored sponsorship packages could include prizes for the displays of steam engines, vintage tractors/vehicles or heavy horse show, if you are interested please contact me. We hope that you will be able to support the Rally in any way you feel able for our 50^th year in 2025.
