PLEASE NOTE - If you had a stall with us in 2023, you should receive forms at start of April. To ensure you receive a place at the 2024 rally, all paperwork & payment must be received by 1st June, when all remaining places will be opened up to the stalls on the waiting list.

Forms are normally sent out in May. Copies of insurance etc must be returned with entry forms. Only forms returned with correct payement, will be considered for booking. We get many requests to trade every year, so to give yourself the best chance of getting an invite, please fully complete the below contact form. All requests are forwarded to the trade secretary who will make the final decision. Invites are posted via Royal Mail at the beginning of May & normally close by 1st September. All sections have limited spaces and not all applications will be successful.
Please note the event is run by volunteers, we do not run a full time office or offer a 24/7 phone service. We usually aim to respond within 5 -10 days. Please consider this when contacting us.
