We are not currently able to accept any more requests for Exhibitor entry forms for our 2025 rally, due to Overwhelming demand.

Do you own an Exhibit? Would you like to be able to bring it to Haddenham? Follow the instructions to get an invite to exhibit at Haddenham in 2025.

We get hundreds of requests to exhibit every year, so to give yourself the best chance of getting an invite, please fully complete the below contact form. All requests are forwarded to the relevant section head who will make final decisions. all invites are posted via Royal Mail at the end of March & close by 1st July. This may be earlier in more popular sections. All sections have limited spaces and not all applications will be successful.

Please note the event is run by volunteers, we do not run a full time office or offer a 24/7 phone service. We usually aim to respond within 5 -10 days. Please consider this when contacting us.
