Please be aware we do not post our forms online to be downloaded. We are strictly by invitation.

In the first instance, please complete the contact form below in full, including your full postal address.

Please be aware that as much as we would love to welcome everyone to our event, we sadly to not have enough space to do so. So whilst you may not be successful this year, your exhibit may be taken into considersation for future years.

All requests are forwarded to the relevant section head who will make final decisions. all invites are posted via Royal Mail at the end of March & close by 1st June This may be earlier in more popular sections. All sections have limited spaces and not all applications will be successful.

Please note the event is run by volunteers, we do not run a full time office or offer a 24/7 phone service. We usually aim to respond within 5 -10 days. Please consider this when contacting us.

A reminder to all exhibitors that you must have the correct insurance and public liability insurance where applicable. The road traffic act applies at all times and drivers must have the correct drivers licence for their exhibit.
