Exhibit with Us - from 13/03/2023.             Please note due to high volume of requests for entry forms, we are currently holding waiting lists for all sections. If you are successful with your application the section secretary will be in touch after 01/06/2024. If you exhibited with us last year you will automatically receive an entry form.

We get hundreds of requests to exhibit every year, so to give yourself the best chance of getting an invite, please fully complete the below contact form. All request are forwarded to the relevant section head who will make final decisions. Invites are posted via Royal Mail at the end of May & close by 1st July. This may be earlier in more popular sections. All sections have limited spaces and not all applications will be successful.

Please note the event is run by volunteers, we do not run a full time office or offer a 24/7 phone service. We usually aim to respond within 5 -10 days. Please consider this when contacting us.
